My hope for this blog is that we can rejoice in the fact that Athens High School is long ago and far away, but the close bonds of friendship we forged through our long-suffering are very much alive. More ideal women shown below.
In these pages, may we celebrate, comfort, share and gripe to our hearts' content, and most of all, may we remember that there are no friends like old friends.

The picture was, according to Suzi, at our 20th reunion, so summer of 1985. You were there, weren't you, Anne? You must have been the one thoughtful enough to have brought a camera. I think I turned into the Michelin Man soon after this was taken.
